I started work with MPS Training as a volunteer in 2002 while studying at University, and took up full time employment once I had graduated.  After gaining my teaching qualification I became Depute Manager and last year took the post of Centre Manager.

Role:

My main responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of CTEC; ensuring that all pupils are given the opportunity to achieve their potential and that staff are encouraged to continually develop and build on their skills.
